Strength training for mental health

Strength training has been proven by research to boost mental health and even prevent mental health issues. Combining strength training with team sports such as football is highly effective as a complementary treatment for mental health.

We provide strength training routines and focus on the deadlift, squat, bench press, and overhead press. Our online exercise therapy is only £20 per month and we provide mental health support via email and also nutrition advice.
