At Styring we obviously focus on strength training and our aim is to get as many people as possible strength training. The deadlift, squat, and bench press is a focus to benefit mental health and provide meaning for individuals, being the strongest and having a desirable body is part of self-actualization and is perfect for developing physical and mental well-being.
