Our online exercise therapy concentrates on promoting therapeutic football for the social inclusion element and cardiovascular fitness to promote optimal mental health. We also promote strength training to boost physical attributes for football and this can include doing bodyweight exercises at home or even better going to the gym and doing the squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press.
Our exercise therapy is currently free for individuals with mental health issues and our objective is to get as many people physically active as possible. Next year our football teams will be launched in Nottinghamshire and our exercise therapy will be the perfect complement to other mental health treatments.
